Meeting in SA

This coming week gonna be the most challenging one for me.. I have to go for 5 days meeting. In the organization that I work with, meeting means eating. Hope I can go thru it successfully. Yesterday, I forgot to write... Yesterday I manage to have meals with nearly no rice. I always to keep in my mind that RICE IS A TASTELESS SUGAR!!! Another success story, just before driving down to KL, I manage to swim 50 laps... If I can maintain this regime, I am sure I will get the result in expected time.

Today, there are many important things that I have to do.. I have to work on my KAP essay and a module.. hope GOD give me strenght to STAY FOCUS!!!

1st day of diet

This time, I dont want to starve myself. I can't afford to lose weight that way. So, this morning I had quite a big breakfast... I dont want to shock my stomach or body, so I had:

8 pieces of small2 karipap.
a tin of nescafe

not a good breakfast I guess... THen, at 10.30, I had 3 candies... another bad decision...

Oh... I just stepped up on my weight scale.. I am still 76 kg... A long way to go. I need to lose 10 kg. Can I do that?

OMG.. these two ladies really have a big influence on me... Initially I only wanted to minum2 but end up eating... this time I had:

1 piece (correct or not) of sambal telor goreng
1 piece of ayam goreng (very small)
few slices (RM1) of guava
teh o ais limau - a glass
few slices of keropok yg x sedap lgsung... Wanted to try Keropok lekor perisa tepung??? come to Kedah.. u'll find plenty... It was disgusting.. I ate it becoz I was really hungry.

Later.. around 3pm.. Finally my real lunch arrived.. the menu was good one

1 piece of ikan maSAK cuka,,
a bowl of kerang bakar (my fav)
1/2 pinggan of rice (remember.. rice is sugar without taste)
1 bj telur itik goreng.. to my surprice.. the taste was good.. but telur ayam is better..

To burn calories... I swimmed.. 30 laPS...

after w/o.. i ate a bowl of mixed cfood tomyam...

tomorrow.. early morning I want to jog.. hope I will wake up bit early.. solat subuh then run..... I know tomorrow will be better....

2010 Resolution

Many things to be achived. Dunno whether all those are attainable. Hope I am strong and can stay strong for this coming year 2010. These are part of my list:

1) losing weight - this is really hard.. last week I was 4 kilos to 80kg.. It's alarming... I am ugly when I am fat... some ppl can look good with spare tyres but not me... trust me.. I'll share some of the photos soon.
2) be organized especially at work - a good start I guess... I bought an organizer.. cheap but proven effective (my colleagues gave me the testimony)... I know it will work for me too.
3) save money - never thought it happens to me... at 33.. soon 34... i have no savings... I was cash-rich 10 years back...
4) give money to Parents...
5) be a motivational speaker
6) establish my own consulting firm

Enough with the list... It can be really long. In this space, I will try to focus on the 1st personal project of 2010, which is losing weight. I am going to share the foods that I take and the activities that I do to attain my ideal weight and look...

After all, 2010 is about getting back on track. I've been derailed and fell into depression for quite some times... I have no time to mourn.. 2010 is the time to be HAPPY.....
